Eamon is managing director of Gordian Technologies. Eamon manages a culture of customer service, innovation and professionalism and translates this into successful growth and management of the organization.
Eamon is responsible for definition and creation of online strategies for Gordian’s clients. Key to this process is dedicated one-on-one time with senior management to ensure that these strategies are clearly understood, aligned and integrated with the Client’s overall business, strategic and commercial goals. Eamon understands business and how IT solutions can positively influence the bottom line.

He has significant experience in managing and delivering large scale organizational change and systems integration projects. Eamon’s expertise lies in e-enabling or web enablement of business. This is achieved by analyzing businesses and identifying processes and business units that are suitable for moving online.
Prior to founding Gordian, Eamon worked as a Management Consultant for global consulting firm Accenture. Eamon worked within the Financial Services Business Unit delivering multi million euro projects to the leading commercial banks within UK and Ireland.
Eamon is a graduate of UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Management Information Systems and a Masters of Management Science from the Smurfit School of Business.
Colin Bentley - Project ManagerIn his role as Project Manager within the Consulting Team, Colin is responsible for translating clients’ e-strategies into detailed project plans. Through implementation of proven project management tools and techniques, Colin ensures that projects are delivered on time and on budget and that project stakeholders are kept fully aware of project progress. Colin provides in depth business process analysis and design skills resulting in clearly defined project requirements and functional designs.

He previously worked as a project manager and business analyst in a software development organization dedicated to the provision of enterprise software for medical institutions across Europe, America and Asia. Colin was responsible for requirements definition, process mapping and integration of medical software with business requirements in the highly regulatory health system environment.
Colin graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of International Commerce (French) degree specializing in International Business.
Karl Monaghan - Technical Architect and Solutions LeadKarl is Technical Architect and has responsibility for the Solutions Team at Gordian.
As head of the Solutions Team, Karl is responsible for the management of the 15 strong team of software developers. He is also responsible for the architect and technical design for all solutions developed by Gordian. Inherent in the development of these solutions is Karl’s implementation of Gordian’s software development methodology thus ensuring high quality and high performance systems.
Karl also provides IT consultancy advice to Gordian’s clients.

Before joining the Gordian Team, Karl worked with a global television network with overall responsibility for the creation, delivery and management of large scale web applications, rendering on average 250,000 page impressions per day and running off a cluster of load balanced servers. He has also worked as technical lead for a major Irish University creating and implementing a campus wide virtual e-learning platform for up to 5,000 students.
Karl graduated from the National University Maynooth with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Engineering Science specializing in web enablement of learning software.
Maciej Miszkiel - Creative Lead
Maciej is creative design lead and web application usability expect within Gordian’s Consulting Team.
Maciej is responsible for analyzing our Clients’ brand image and translating this into a highly professional creative or web design that adheres to online usability and compliance standards. He has a particular expertise in the implementation of accessibility and usability principles for the web environment and in the development of 3d flash cinematic solutions.

Maciej previously worked for a large media agency in Poland as creative lead within their web department, with particular responsibility for interactive design and integration of mixed media design solutions.
Maciej graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland with a degree in Visual Communication.
